Stocksbridge Leisure Centre (Swimstars 4 years – 10 years)

Swimstars offers children’s swimming lessons in the small pool at Stocksbridge. The pool is 12 meters by 8 meters and runs at 32 degrees. The depth range is 0.9 to 1.05m. There are gently sloping steps into the pool making access easy. The pool is ideal for young swimmers looking for good progression of their swim skills. Each class will have 2 teachers in the pool to ensure each child gets valuable support.

The venue was fully refurbished in Summer 2020 with a brand new café and kids outdoor play area. The venue offers free car parking. There are large changing facilities and plenty of room for spectators in the public viewing gallery above the pool.
