Zenbabes Pregnancy Yoga Course


A 5 week course of 60 minute classes, this course is ideal for anyone who is interested in starting Yoga while pregnant or wants to continue to develop their practice in a safe and friendly environment. Classes are small giving you focused teacher time.

What will you learn?

  • An introduction to basic yoga poses and breathing exercises, specifically tailored to pregnancy.
  • To assist with the many physical and emotional changes during pregnancy.
  • To relieve stress and anxiety and promote relaxation and restful sleep.
  • Our classes are informative but also a great social space to meet new people or come along with a friend.

This class is currently being held at one of our Holmfirth studios. The class size is ideal for you to attend with a friend and classes can be attended via zoom too.  Our teacher Anna will guide you on the course, reviewing where you are at and working to develop your Yoga practice to support you during your pregnancy.

We’re currently operating both Wednesday and Saturday sessions but are working on a first come first served basis.
