Payment
We take all major credit and debit cards (either by phone or online) and can also accept cash payments (we recommend you only use this method directly to our instructors or the office).

Automatic Rebooking for Existing Swimmers
So as to operate as efficiently as possible, we employ an automatic booking system, where existing swimmers are automatically booked on to the subsequent course unless you have informed us that you wish to change time, day or venue or cancel your place by the date stated in our communications by email and at pool venues (usually swim term week 5). Should you need to make a change we will strive to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee it as it depends on spaces available and current waiting lists.  For re-bookings you can also choose to pay online via our website.

Lesson Time Change
You may find as your child progresses that your existing class times may change slightly (usually a maximum of 1 hour earlier or later). Should a time change be more than this we will always call you to discuss first.

Cancellation Procedure for New Starters
We are not obliged to refund or transfer your money, however if you need to cancel please give written confirmation that you wish to cancel at least 14 days in advance of your course start date. Give your child’s name, lesson time, venue details and reason for cancellation. A £10 administration fee will be deducted from any refund agreed if payment has been taken. If no payment has been taken, you will not incur a fee.

Cancellation Procedure for Existing Swimmers
If you need to cancel your current place on the Swimbabes’ programme, you should do so before the deadline date advised (usually week 5 of the current swim term), providing, ideally in writing, your child’s name, lesson time and venue.  We are not obliged to refund or transfer your money if you decide to cancel your subsequent term’s place after the deadline advised. However, if you do need to cancel after this date, a £15 administration fee will be deducted from any refund that is agreed.

Deferrals
We will only agree to deferral of sessions from an existing course to a subsequent course on medical grounds. Where a deferral is sought and agreed, we will require a doctor’s note to honour this and the deferral can only be for remaining sessions after the date of this note, less a £10 administration fee. Any deferral will only be to the subsequent term, any further arrangements will be at the discretion of the Swimbabes partners.

Withdrawal of Service
Swimbabes may, at our own discretion, refuse entry to a client and child(ren) to its courses and/or venues at any time if it is felt that the client’s behaviour is unreasonable. Swimbabes will not accept aggressive behaviour.

Exclusion of Liability
By joining our programme, you, your spouse/partner, child or whoever has care of your child for the purpose of attending or observing Swimbabes swimming classes does so entirely at your and their own risk, in the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by Swimbabes or a Swimbabes employee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
